Lea Salonga hiwalay na sa asawang si Robert Chien: Now he’s happy
HIWALAY na ang Filipino international singer-actress na si Lea Salonga sa kanyang asawang American businessman na si Robert Chien.
Ito ang rebelasyon ng Broadway star sa panayam ng media nang humarap siya sa presscon ng "Les Miserables: World Tour Spectacular" kung saan gumaganap siya bilang Madame Thenardier.
Napag-usapan ang tungkol sa personal life ni Lea nang mapag-usapan ang tungkol sa nag-iisa nilang anak, ang transman actor na si Nic Chien.
"He (Nic) has so much support. We're both super busy but, thankfully, the dad and dad's partner are the ones kind of 'Pag may sipon ka, it's here, let's send you food. Let's make sure that you're well,'" simulang pagbabahagi ni Lea.
Kasunod nito ay nabanggit nga ng singer-actress na hiwalay na sila ni Robert, "Yes. So, yes, it's not a secret. I am… yeah, we've been separated for a while.
"And now he's happy and I am happy that he's happy," pag-amin niya.
Wala nang ibinigay na ibang detalye si Lea hinggil sa breakup nila ni Robert at kung bakit nauwi rin sa paghihiwalay ang kanilang married life.
