James Reid puring-puri si Kathryn: She’s incredibly humble and very genuine

TOTOONG tao at super talented kung ilarawan ng actor-singer at record producer na si James Reid ang Kapamilya superstar na si Kathryn Bernardo.

Magkakasama for the first time sa isang teleserye ng ABS-CBN sina James at Kath na may titulong "Someone, Someday." Ka-join din sa show si Maja Salvador.

Sa isang panayam kinumusta ang aktor tungkol sa working relationship nila ni Kathryn, "It's been an amazing experience, working with Kath!" 

"Extremely professional, very talented. And not just Kath, Maja the whole staff. Everyone's very friendly, encouraging. Exciting project," ang chika ng aktor.

Paglalarawan pa niya kay Kathryn, "I think Kath is…kind of who I expected she would be. She's incredibly humble, and very talented. Super easy to get along with.

"But that's always how I saw her since I would see her at ABS-CBN, ASAP, and other stuff. She's very genuine," lahad ni James.

Sa question naman kung anu-ano ang natutunan niya kay Kathryn bilang leading lady, "I love how hands-on Kath is when it comes to script. And the team really respects a lot of our suggestions, like, tweaks.

"I think because of, you know, obviously our experience and our talents. So, yeah, that's something I really admire, how hands-on she is, how she knows how to work with the cast," dagdag ng binata.

Nagpapasalamat din siya sa fans nila ni Kathryn dahil suportado ng mga ito sa una nilang pagtatambal sa telebisyon.

"Super-supportive. In fact they started to merge nang konti, so it's very exciting times," aniya.

In fairness, super supportive rin daw ang girlfriend niyang si Issa Pressman tandem nila ni Kathryn.

"She's incredibly supportive. In fact, she comes up with a lot of ideas for ahhmm like my character and how I can make it work," pagsisiwalat ni James.

"So just no weirdness or anything like that, you know. We're all professionals. We understand, you know, how it works, and she knows that it's acting as a job.

"So she doesn't take it very seriously. She's been very helpful with helping me build my character as well," sey pa ni James.
