Slater Young pinagmumura ng netizens dahil sa Cebu flooding: ‘Unbothered yarn!’

HANGGANG ngayon ay abangers pa rin ang madlang pipol sa pagsasalita at paliwanag ni Slater Young hinggil sa proyekto niyang "Monterrazas de Cebu."

Marami na ang bumabatikos sa celebrity engineer at "Pinoy Big Brother: Unlimited" Big Winner dahil ang sinisisi nga sa malawakang pagbaha sa Cebu ay ang kontrobersyal na Monterrazas de Cebu.

Ilang personalidad na rin ang humamon sa kanya na magpaliwanag, kabilang na ang aktor na si Albie Casiño, upang malaman ng sambayanang Pilipino kung totoo ngang may koneksyon sa paglubog ng ilang lugar sa Cebu ang kanilang proyekto.

Ngunit tila nabingi na raw ang grupo ni Slater Young sa naturang isyu dahil until now ay hindi pa rin ito naglalabas na official statement para maliwanagan ang lahat.

Isang netizen ang nag-post sa social media ng kanyang saloobin hinggil sa pananahimik umano ni Slater o ng grupong nasa likod ng pagtatayo ng Monterrazas de Cebu.

"Yes, they're not the main cause of the flooding here in Cebu, but they, along with the people who approved their permits should still take accountability in some way… Shout out DENR & corrupt government officials.

"Destroying mountains just to build a posh, 'world-class' residential area? Nearby communities downhill have suffered from flooding, not just during Typhoon Tino. This concern was already raised to the government years ago.

"Lo and behold… from Skypod 2.0 to Monterrazas Prime Condo, coming soon.

"Instead of taking accountability or showing sympathy for the people whose homes were completely destroyed, whose properties were damaged by the typhoon, and for those who died or are still missing — where are Kryz Uy and Slater Young?

"Their silence is deafening! They quickly turned off the comment sections on all their social media accounts. These so-called untouchable elites are absolutely nakakasuka!!"

Bukod dito, may mga nabasa pa kaming comments sa iba't ibang social media platforms kung saan talagang lantaran nilang minumura si Slater Young.

Hindi na namin isusulat dito ang mga nasabing post dahil talagang masasakit at maaanghang na salita ang ipinakakain nila sa dating PBB housemate.

Matapos mabalita ang malawakang pinsalang idinulot ng bagyong Tino sa Visayas region partikular na sa Cebu City, pinutakti nga ng bashers si Slater at sinisisi ang Monterrazas de Cebu sa matinding pagbaha sa probinsiya.

August, 2023 nang ibandera ni Slater ang naturang proyekto sa kanyang YouTube vlog. Sa gitna ng pamba-bash sa kanya nagsalita ang dating aktor hinggil sa issue.

"This is just a small, small portion of the mountain, at the foot of the mountain," pagtatanggol ni Slater sa sarili.

"This only has 146 units. So, very exclusive ito. Of course, it's still big, no doubt about it.

"But hindi siya yung buong bundok. It's just the side of a mountain. And even if you go to Google Earth and you look at that site, wala kayong makikita na forest there," depensa pa niya.

Bukas ang BANDERA sa magiging paliwanang at sagot ni Slater hinggil sa kontrobersyang ito.
