NAAKSIDENTE ang pambato ng Jamaica sa Miss Universe 2025 na si Gabrielle Henry matapos mahulog habang rumarampa sa stage.

Nangyari ang insidente sa preliminary competition ng naturang international pageant na ginanap sa Impact Challenger Hall, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand, kagabi, November 19.

Nagulat ang audience sa venue nang bigla na lamang nalaglag si Miss Jamaica, na isang ophthalmologist, habang naglalakad palabas ng stage.

Nakunan ng video ang beauty queen habang nakahiga sa stretcher na binubuhat ng ilang kalalakihan.

Mabilis namang naisugod sa ospital si Gabrielle para mabigyan ng agarang lunas at para sumailalim na rin sa medical check-up.

Kasunod ng naturang aksidente, naglabas ng official statement na ang Miss Universe Jamaica Organization hinggil sa kalagayan ni Gabrielle.

"The Miss Universe Jamaica Organization wishes to advise the public that Dr. Gabrielle Henry, Miss Universe Jamaica 2025, experienced a fall from the main stage during the evening gown round of the preliminary competition ahead of this weekend's Miss Universe Finals in Thailand.

"She was rushed to the Paolo Rangsit Hospital, where medical professionals are attending to her care and have advised that she is not suffering from any life-threatening injuries; however, they continue to conduct tests to ensure her full recovery.

"We kindly ask everyone to stay upbeat, lift her in prayer, and send positive thoughts as she receives the necessary medical care. 

"We thank everyone for their outpouring of love,support and continued prayers."

Samantala, nagbigay din ng pahayag si Miss Universe Organization President Raul Rocha pagkatapos dalawin sa ospital si Gabrielle.

"I would like to share with the Miss Universe family that are concerned for the health of our Miss Universe Jamaica that at 12:00 A.M. Bangkok time, that I have just left the hospital where she is being treated.

"I was there with her family and her, and thankfully, there are no broken bones and she is under good care.

"She will remain under observation for the rest of the night and we will remain in touch with her family to support her.

"Our prayers go out for her prompt recovery."
