Mula ngayon ay maaari ng manganak ang actress-na si Kris Bernal sa first baby nila ng asawang si Perry Choi.

Iyan ang ibinalita ni Kris sa kanyang mga fans at social media followers sa pamamagitan ng Instagram kahapon kung saan nagbigay nga siya ng update sa Instagram.

Magkahalong excitement at nerbiyos ang nararamdaman ngayon ng first-time mommy sa nalalapit na pagsilang ng kanilang baby girl.

Nag-post ng isang Instagram reel si Kris na tila kuha sa isang ospital na may caption na, “I’ve been pregnant since 2022. Literally since Christmas! Could be hours and days at this point!

“If only we knew exactly when things are going to go down and all these regular braxton hicks and tightenings make it confusing!” pahayag ng aktres.

Pagpapatuloy pa niya, “I’ll be honest, birth scares me like the fear of the pain, intensity, the unknown, and postpartum!

Sa isa niyang IG post ilang linggo na ngayon ang nakararaan, sinabi ni Kris na, “I cannot wait to get my baby out of me already (I loathe 3rd tri) though some say that I’ll miss her inside me!”

That time ay tila hindi pa siya mentally prepared sa magiging bagong journey bilang first time mom, “Am I ready? I feel like I haven’t mentally prepared my brain for birth and motherhood! I have just so many ‘unknowns.’

“Women are not born knowing all of these. But, I believe it is learned one cry at a time! [emojis] I’m sure motherhood will be a whole other beast but I believe God has prepared me for it!” aniya pa.
