Susan Roces has passed away at the age of 80
Pumånaw na si Susan Roces, ang tinagurian Queen of Philippine Movies, sabi ng kanyang anak na si Senator Grace Poe noong Biyernes ng gabi. Si Roces ay biyuda ng aktor na si Fernando Poe Jr., ang Hari ng Pelikulang Pilipino. Siya ay ipinanganak noong Hulyo 28, 1941 at binawïan ng buhay ngayong Mayo 20, 2022.
"With great sadness, we announce the loss of our beloved Jesusa Sonora Poe, whom many of you know as Susan Roces," ani ni Grace Poe.
"She passed away peacefully on a Friday evening, May 20, 2022, surrounded by love and warmth, with her daughter Grace, her nephews Joseph and Jeffrey and many of her family and close friends," dagdag pa niya.
"She lived life fully and gracefully. Remember her in her beauty, warmth and kindness."
