Nadia Montenegro may maagang regalo, tuloy ang pagkaso sa Senate staff sa korte
DIRETSO korte na ang kasong Unjust Vexation and Violation of RA 11313 laban sa miyembro ng Senate Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA) na isinampa ng dating staff ni Senator Robin Padilla na si Nadia Marie Inez M. Pla o mas kilala bilang si Nadia Montenegro.
Binati ng kanyang legal counsel na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque ang aktres ngayong araw sa kanyang Facebook account na 'Atty Maggie.'

Naglabas na ng resolusyon ang Office of Prosecutor, Pasay City nitong Marso 2.
Ang resolusyon ay "premises considered, it is respectfully recommended that attached information for Unjust Vexation and Violation of Section 16 © of R.A. 11313 against respondent Victor Patelo be APPROVED and FILED in court."
Noong Agosto 12, 2026 ay nagpasa ng incident report si Victor Patelo, miyembro ng Senate Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA) na sinabing, "hindi pangkaraniwang amoy" (di-umano'y marijuana) sa isang comfort room ng Senado, partikular na binanggit na si Nadia Montenegro ay nasa lugar.
May naamoy daw kasing usok mula sa comfort room para sa Persons with Disability na madalas gamitin ni Nadia bilang isa siyang PWD.
Nang lumabas siya ay sinalubong siya at hinila at sinabihan siyang, "Ma'am just between you and me, ingat ka lang maraming naiinggit sa'yo" na tinanong naman ng staff ni Senator Robin Padilla ng, "Bakit' si Patelo.
"Sinagot daw si Nadia ng, "may nakasalubong ka bang staff ni Senator Lacson (Pamfilo) naamoy ka daw gumagamit ng Chongki na ikinagulat ng aktres at sinabing vape ang gamit nito at ipinakita pa kay Patelo.
Dahil sa kumalat na isyung ito ay napilitang magbitiw si Nadia ng kanyang puwesto bilang staff ni senator Robin Padilla habang isinasagawa ang imbestigasyon at para linisin ang pangalan niya at the same time para hindi rin madamay ang senador sa isyu.
Ayon sa resolusyon, alam umano ng nag-report ng insidente na hindi naninigarilyo ng marijuana si Montenegro ngunit nagsumite pa rin ito ng report na naging dahilan para tawagin siyang "adik" sa social media.
Ayon sa abogado ni Montenegro na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, nagdulot ito ng matinding pinsala sa kanyang reputasyon at pamilya.
