Bea Millan-Windorski ‘celebrity crush’ si Michelle Dee: ‘Just amazing woman!’

ISA palang certified fan si Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski ni Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Marquez Dee.

Inamin pa nga ni Bea sa exclusive interview ng “Chika Minute” na “celebrity crush” niya si Michelle!

Ayon sa reigning MUPH queen, super inspired siya kay Michelle, lalo na sa pagiging proud nito sa kanyang identity bilang bahagi ng LGBTQIA+ community.

“As someone who is proudly part of the LGBTQIA+ community, it was just amazing to see a woman who proudly owns her identity and who is also so fashionable,” sey ni Bea.

“Something I would love to bring in my reign as Miss Universe Philippines is to be more fashion-forward like Michelle Dee,” dagdag pa niya.

Matapos makuha ang korona noong Sabado, May 2, halos sunud-sunod ang guestings at public appearances ni Bea.

Pero sa kabila ng hectic schedule, hindi raw niya nakakalimutang isulong ang mga adbokasiyang malapit sa kanyang puso.

“Continue promoting the rights of OFWs, protection for our environment, increasing the quality for our trans brothers and sisters is really what makes me continue on this journey,” sambit ng beauty queen.

Emosyonal din niyang ikinuwento kung gaano kahalaga para sa kanya ang pagkapanalo sa national pageant.

Kwento niya, hindi lang daw ito personal achievement kundi representasyon din ng pangarap ng kanyang mga kapwa kandidata.

“It’s just when the culmination of so much hard work and effort to be able to represent my chosen home means the world to me and it’s really an emotional moment to not only bring the talents of the Filipino people internationally, but to carry the hopes and dream of of all my co-delegates who joined MUPH,” lahad ni Bea.

Samantala, sinagot din niya ang ilang puna tungkol sa kanyang citizenship.

“For me, I’ve heard that I’m not enough my whole life, whether that be from Americans, they say I’m too foreign or from Filipinos who say I’m too American,” saad niya.

Patuloy pa niya, “At the end of the day, this journey is about being enough for myself and enough for the communities that I want to support.”

Going global na rin ang peg ng beauty queen dahil todo-preparasyon na siya sa inaabangang international competition ngayong taon.

“I’m ready to make you proud in Puerto Rico. I promise to work hard and really make our country proud,” proud na pahayag ni Bea.
