DepEd, Nag-Sorry kay Angel Locsin Matapos itong Ilarawan Bilang "Obese" sa Isang Learning Module

Humingi umano ng paumanhin ang DepEd kay Angel Locsin matapos ilarawan ang aktres na isang Obese o mataba sa isang Learning Module.

Ayon kay Occidental Mindoro division superintendent Roger Capa, ang naturang module na kumalat sa social media ay ginawa ng guro sa Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health (MAPEH).

"But it was not contained in the self-learning module developed and quality assured by the Central Office, We would like to express our sincerest apology to the concerned individuals who may have been offended or harmed by this incident," ayon kay Occidental Mindoro division superintendent Roger Capa.

Ayon pa kay Capa na hindi umano sila kinukunsinte ng Department of Education ang "body shaming."

Nakipag-ugnayan na umano ang opisyal sa kinauukulang guro at tiniyak na masusing tutukan ang naturang usapin.

Maraming netizens ang hindi natuwa sa naturang sa learning module na kumukutya umano sa pangangatawan ng aktres.

“Angel Locsin is an obese person. She, together with Coco Martin, eats fatty and sweet food in Mang Inasal fast food restaurant most of the time. In her house, she always watching television and does not have any physical activities,” nakasaad viral photo ng module.
