Postal ID pwede na ang same day release sa mga piling mall

INANUNSYO ng Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) na maaari nang makuha sa parehong araw ng pagpoproseso o same day processing ang postal ID sa mga piling branch sa mga mall sa Maynila.

Ayon sa ahensya, maaari nang makuha within the day sa branch nila sa Government Express Center sa 5th floor ng SM City Manila at sa Robinsons Otis.

Ibinahagi ng PHLPost sa kanilang Facebook post ang schedule para sa rush processing.

Para sa SM City Manila ay narito ang kanilang schedule:

*FOR SAME-DAY RELEASE*

* Capturing Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 NN

* Release Time: 4:00 PM

*FOR NEXT-DAY RELEASE*

* Capturing Time: 12:00 NN onwards

Para sa Robinsons Otis ay narito ang kanilang schedule:

* Capturing Time: 12:00 NN onwards

Kinakailangang personal na tumungo ang aplikante sa tanggapan ng PHLPost upang isumite ang accomplishment form, isang valid proof ng pagkakakilanlan, at katunayan ng tirahan. 

Narito ang listahan ng mga requirements para sa new application ng Postal ID:

• 1 kopya ng duly-accomplished PID application form (filled out in bold/capital letters using a black or blue ink)

II. A. Proof of Identity (PRIMARY IDs)

Magdala ng original copy at 1 photocopy ng isa sa mga sumusunod na dokumento:

• Print out for Digitized National ID
• PVC National ID
• Birth Certificate from PSA or Local Civil Registry with receipt issued within 6 months
• GSIS UMID Card
• SSS UMID Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Passport
• Marriage Certificate for Married Women (Only if documents and IDs submitted does not bear married name)  

Kung wala namang primary ID, magdala ng secondary ID at photocopy ng dalawa sa mga sumusunod na dokumento:

• BIR ID paper or digitized/Tax Identification Number card
•  Baptismal Certificate
• Certificate of Birth from the National Commission for Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) for Filipinos belonging to indigenous people
• Certificate of Birth from the National Commission for Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) for Muslim Filipinos
• Certificate of Marriage from the NCMF for Muslim Filipinos
• College or Post-Graduate Transcript of Records with readable seal
• Confirmation Certificate
• Elementary or High School Form 137 with readable dry seal for applicants who are 18 years old and below
• Senior High School Form 137 or any equivalent document with readable dry seal
• Marriage Certificate in SECPA issued by PSA for those male and female married applicants
• Marriage Certificate issued by LCR for those male and female married applicants
• Valid Alumni ID
• Valid College School or University ID
• Valid Company ID
• Valid Integrated Bar of the Philippines
• Valid NBI Clearance bearing digited photo
• Valid OWWA ID
•  Valid Pag-ibig ID
• Valid Philhealth ID
• Valid PRC ID
• Valid Police Clearance/ID with or without digitized photo
•  Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid Senior Citizen ID
•  Valid Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certification
• Government office and GOCC ID e.g Armed forces of the Philippines (AFP ID)
• Certification from the National Council on Disabality Affairs (NCDA) and/or Valid PWD ID
• 4P’s ID
