Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project, Tapos Na!

Tapos na ang Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 na may habang 17.93 kilometers.

Inanunsyo ni San Miguel Corp. President and COO Ramon Ang na tapos na ang Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3.

“I’m happy to announce that the whole structure of Skyway 3 is now complete. With this, Skyway 2 in Buendia is now officially extended all the way to the North Luzon Expressway,”- saad ni Ang.

May habang 17.93 kilometers, ang proyektong Skyway Stage 3 ay kumokonekta sa Northern at Southern Luzon—maaari nang tawirin ang kalakhan ng Metro Manila nang hindi dumadaan sa EDSA. 

“After many challenges this project faced in previous years, the dream of connecting north and south and providing an alternative to EDSA is now a reality,”- dagdag pa nito.

Sinimulan ang konstruksyon nito noong 2014.

Dahil sa Skyway Stage 3 project, maaari nang pumuntang SLEx galing NLEx sa loob lamang ng 20 minuto, mula sa dating tatlong oras.

Gayunman, sinabi ni Ang na ang expressway ay hindi pa mabubuksan sa publiko, dahil ang finishing works, tulad ng proper curing ng aspalto, ay naantala dahil sa tuloy-tuloy at malakas na pag-ulan.

“We’re very excited to open Skyway 3 to the public. We just have to wait for the weather to improve so we can make sure that the asphalt will cure properly. That and a few more finishing touches are all that’s needed, and then we can open, soon,”- sabi nito.
