Ruby Ruiz nakauwi na sa Maynila, 1 week stranded sa Dubai: Finally back!

SA wakas ay nakabalik na sa Maynila ang batikang aktres na si Ruby Ruiz matapos ma-stranded ng halos isang linggo sa Dubai dahil sa tumitinding tensyon sa Middle East.

Ibinahagi ni Ruby sa kanyang Instagram na ligtas na siyang nakauwi sa Maynila matapos maantala ang kanilang biyahe nang kanselahin ang halos lahat ng flights sa emirate bunsod ng palitan ng airstrikes sa pagitan ng pwersa ng US-Israel at Iran.

Sa kabila ng naging karanasan, pinili pa rin ng screen veteran na tingnan ang positibong bahagi ng pangyayari at nagpasalamat sa mga taong nakasama niya sa kanyang pananatili sa Dubai.

Kalakip ng kanyang post ang ilang larawan nila ng kanyang pamilya habang nag-iikot sa lungsod at nakikisalamuha sa mga taong nakatira roon.

Nakatakda sanang bumiyahe ang aktres patungong Portugal para sa pagpapalabas ng kanyang pelikulang "Tigkiwili" sa 46th Porto International Film Festival, kung saan may connecting flight siya sa Dubai.

Gayunman, napilitan siyang manatili roon dahil sa umiinit na tensyon sa Middle East.

Ang pelikula ay isinulat at idinirek ni Tara Illenberger at naging entry rin sa 2025 Cinepanalo Film Festival.

Tampok din sa pelikula sina Gabby Padilla, Sunshine Teodoro, at JP Larroder.

Nagwagi si Ruby ng Best Actress award sa nasabing festival para sa kanyang pagganap.
