QC Mayor Belmonte sa QCitizens: Sulitin ang online services at libreng sakay

SA patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng gasolina dahil sa tensyon sa Middle East, nanawagan si Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte sa mga residente na sulitin ang digital services at sustainable mobility programs ng lungsod para makatipid sa pamasahe.

"We understand that rising fuel and transportation costs can put additional pressure on many families. That is why we encourage our QCitizens to maximize our online services so they can transact with the city government quickly and conveniently, without the need to travel," sey ng alkalde sa isang pahayag.

Sa pamamagitan ng QC E-Services portal (qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph), maaari nang ma-access ng mga taga-QC ang mahigit 160 serbisyo sa 34 programa mula sa aplikasyon ng business at occupational permits, building permits, scholarships, burial at medical assistance, hanggang sa pagbabayad ng real property taxes. 

Lahat ito ay pwedeng gawin online, kaya nakakatipid sa oras at pamasahe.

Para sa mga mas gusto ng personal assistance, bukas naman ang District Action Offices sa bawat distrito kung saan handang tumulong ang frontline personnel sa iba't ibang serbisyo upang hindi na kailangan pang bumiyahe hanggang City Hall.

Kasabay nito, tuloy ang operasyon ng QCity Bus Libreng Sakay na kasalukuyang may walong ruta sa buong Quezon City, para maibsan ang epekto ng posibleng taas-pasahe.

Hindi rin nakaligtaan ang mga siklista, dahil mayroon nang protected at shared bike lanes ang lungsod na ligtas, mura, at healthy na paraan para makalibot sa siyudad.

"Through our digital services, district action offices, free bus rides, and bike-friendly infrastructure, we want to ensure that QCitizens have practical, accessible options that help them save on transportation while staying connected to essential city services," ani Belmonte.
